Customer Liaison Officer

WHAT WILL YOU DO:
- Assist all customers and answer calls timeously in a polite and friendly manner, with emphasis on customer satisfaction through service excellence.
Ensure calls and visitors are correctly redirected to the appropriate staff members and/or department.
Promote the functions of customer cards.
Maintain strict controls relating to the clocking system and employee overtime.
Assist the Administrative Supervisor with administrative duties.

Must be passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
Excellent telephone etiquette, interpersonal, communication and customer relations skills.
Excellent language proficiency, assertiveness, and numerical skills.
Must maintain a positive and professional image for M. Pupkewitz & Sons.
- Must have Grade 12 with 1 year switchboard and administration experience.
Minimum 1 years’ experience in a computerized retail environment.
Good product knowledge and clocking system experience will be an advantage.
Knowledge of the ACC peopleware system will be an added advantage.
