WHAT WILL YOU DO:
- Manage Megabuild branches within the Central and Southern regions of Namibia to maximize business and advance profitability.
Monitor all branches to ensure strict implementation and maintenance of company policies, procedures and QDVP3 principles.
Advise and construct ways to increase business opportunities within the set regions, whilst maintaining operational efficiency.
Manage Branch Managers for the Central and Southern regions.
Uphold the Pupkewitz mission of Customer Satisfaction Through Service Excellence.

Someone with proven experience relating to strategic forward planning and who understands business challenges.
Must be able to plan and prioritize.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have completed Grade 11 (New Curriculum) or Grade 12 (NSSC-O) with 22 marks.
Bachelor of Commerce (NQF Level 7) will be an advantage.
Minimum 5 years Operations / Sales Management experience in the Retail, FMCG or Construction Industry.
Must have a valid Code B Driver’s License.
Must be willing to travel for branch visits.
Be able to plan, draft and coordinate budgets within operational objectives.
Kerridge system experience would be an added advantage.
